Non-stop packing

Canisters are automatically brought to the front when the medication levels run low, recusing the need to pause for refills.

RFID chip technology

Each canister is equipped with an RFID chip, ensuring seamless identification of medication irrespective of the slot used.

Canisters refilling verification

A two-step barcode and RFID function guarantees accurate medication dispensing with each canister refill, enhancing patient safety.

Variable canister (VC)

Constant tender changes to medications require new canisters. The new variable canister (VC) can be calibrated to accommodate new medications, saving time and money.

Universal canisters (UC)

Adapts to dispense various tablets using the same canister. Each medication poured into the UC canister prompts a change in the drug route, enhancing safety and accuracy in dispensing, thereby reducing manual dispensing and potential errors via the DTA tray.

Automated tablet cutting

Whole tablets can be effortlessly halved during the packaging process, saving valuable resources and eliminating manual cutting and canister filling.

Sachet resizing

Pouch sizes are adjusted according to the tablet quantity being packed to reduce wastage and raw materials costs.
